Fred Elkins from Helmer,IN., Who would have thought that he'd still be racing today. He's a Legend in these parts.

| THAT'S COOL KEVIN.. I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED WATCHING FRED RACE, BUT HAVE NOT SEEN A PICTURE THAT OLD OF HIS CARS.. HE HAS BEEN RACING FOR A LONG TIME..

Cant really tell but is that the old copper color modified? if it is he destroyed that car at Angola off turn 3. I have watched Freddie run for years now. One of the biggest rivalry was between him and Moose Myers at Bryan they had a grudge race once just the two of them on the track.

| Ya I know it's hard to tell with the black & white photo's. Fred is scheduled to be on Race Chat Weekly Jan.2nd along with some other racing legends for a two hour show. There will be some stories that night! Maybe you could email that question into Fred on the show that night.
