Did they make 3.73? I have only seen a 3.70 and a 3.75.

| I'm not sure, I'm new to street stocks and someone told me that I wanted to run 3.73 gears.

| I think Grubby is right. There are 3.70's, but no 3.73's that I have found! Jamison

I ran a 9" in my ranger mini stock and could only find the 370, but that was back in 2000, so i wasn't sure if that had changed. I have checked 8 dealers with no luck on a 373. You may want to check on the 370 or 375. Kev

| The beauty of having a 9inch is to be able to run your transmission in high gear which is straight through 1to1. With 3.73 gears you'd have to run in 2nd gear if you have a three speed 3rd if you have a 4speed. Then you have to know what gear ratio 2nd or 3rd gear is in the transmission and multiply it with 3.73 to find your total gear. If I were you I'd be looking for around a 6.00 to 6.50 then you can run in high gear and be in the 6800-7100 range. Just my thoughts.
