Saturday April 26th at Pizza Hut Of Angola,IN. was the site of the Annual Angola Motor Speedway Race Car Show.
When I first looked out my door at home at 8am I thought, Oh Geeez not another rainy and cold day! Well the day did get better around 10am when the sun finally came out and blue sky prevailed. The wind on the other hand decided to stick around all day, but hey by 3pm I was able to shed the coat and a long sleeve shirt worked ok.
You are probably gonna want to know why some of these photo's are from behind Pizza Hut and why some are from out front. Well we were out back first and then we decided to move out front to gain better exposure(Not to be confused with being exposed, Wes,LOL !). CHRIS PAUL From NORTH AMERICAN RACE GEAR Had his table set up in front of Joe Ellert's trailer with all of his fantastic Race items and made the trip from Indy to talk with the drivers and teams about safety! He even announced that EVERY HEAT RACE WINNER WILL RECEIVE A CAN OF SD-20 (all purpose degreaser) during the 2008 season!! AND......... The top 5 in NAPA Auto Parts Championship Points in ALL 4 divisions will be entered into a random drawing for a BRAND NEW HANS!!! Keep watching for more information and Thank You to Teresa Ellert for kicking this idea off and doing the talking with Chris!! AWESOME!!

As always Kevin, nice photos.  I look forward to you being at the track again this year sneaking around the pits taking those candid shots behind the scenes. Well er maybe not!

| I'll try to take those sneaky shots if I can. Also Thanks for the good word. I'm glad to be back. After traveling to different tracks with the Superpro Series in 2007, I have a better appreciation for the work that Dick and Jackie Poe have done at Angola Motor Speedway. This is by far the best short track facility in the Northern half of Indiana.
