Edsel Musser (father of) Dick Musser (announcer) and Doug Musser, were the owners/promoters for many years

Dick Musser was a great race announcer, one of my all-time favorites. He always made the races sound exciting, even if the race itself was a somewhat boring one.

Gotta' disagree with you "Big Ed".
That Musser Guy announcing at the time, in the late 70's and early 80's, in my opinion, wasn't all that great.
Good guy's they were, yesirree.
But.........
Reading their MARC Tmes articles for decades, and what was submitted by them was less than.....well, ....good.
Not even close to being journalistic professional standards, for even a short track reading/racing report, or news article.
(have you ever read his stuff from the 80"s?--it was awful)
Jim Amstutz will always carry that torch.(in my book) He was the Best.
